  They closed the branch without informing any of the customers, especially the customers who have services that are tied to the branch, such as the safe deposit box. Contacting the Police to help with this. SHOCKED at the lack of professionalism & customer service from a company so big.

  I spent 15 minutes with them to send a wire. They passed me along to three different people. They finally said they couldn’t send the wire because their internet was down and told me to try another branch. Strangest experience I’ve had at a bank. Other than that I was treated politely and greeted as I walked through the door.

  Google has this location listed as "temporarily closed" but in my opinion this is inaccurate. I thought I could at least use the ATM since this bank is 5 minutes from my house but because of the construction happening next door the entire property is INACCESSIBLE and because that was not specified I had to drive another 15 minutes into Morrisville for the next available ATM.

  Extremely high fees compared to other banks, and rude employees; definitely avoid all wells fargo banks! I wonder how many 1 star reviews they purged from google???

  I frequent this branch since it's the closest to my work - this one is a very large branch and they are usually fully staffed so little wait when making a deposit
