      The Bank is closed on Saturday and Sunday, only to ATMS are available, 100.00 bills are not given at the ATM, for that need to come in during business hours, friendly customer service staff, landscape is well-maintained, and the inside of the bank as well.

      The staff here is great. Responsive and always offering me a bottle water when I walk in. I wish all other banks were like these people.

      I made a clear request to remove a duplicate charge on my account that was effecting my account balance. One of the bankers completely ignored my request and ended up placing a stop payment order which in itself did not work. Do not go here, go to the location on Burlingame Ave or 4th St.

      What a great service and friendly people I waited only a few minutes and they offer me a coffee or water . I never have that at any other banks . Then William Diggs helped me out with new account so fast .with full of respect and full knowledge about banking systems Thanks again Mr. Diggs

      Very attentative. Great personal help with business account opening. They are the reason I left Chase which staff always trying to make things more difficult.
