  They never answer the phone. Tried multiple times on different days (and months). Not exactly “customer service.”

  This bank refused to let me speak with branch manager. When I told the gentleman I was speaking with I felt dismissed by him and that I was trying to have a discussion about the ethics of the circumstances I was in he told me if I was going to insult him he would hang up on me. When I asked him if it’s an insult to ask him if he thought it was ok and good customer service to dismiss somebody. Who by the way wasn’t raising their voice calling names or insulting anybody but trying to hold a flawed policy accountable. He hung up on me and the branch is refusing to take my calls. This branch and its customer service is atrocious and this is clearly a small town bank. This will not be the last this bank has heard of me. Bad power trip to go on and one the branch will come to regret. Policy doesn’t dictate ethics. Period. This bank cares nothing for its customers. Go with another bank as fast as you possibly can because when you need them. You will get nothing. Edit: I will keep the public posted as to resolution if any is come to, to show if this is just a response so people browsing google will think they are actually doing something about these reviews. I filed a formal corporate complaint. Addition: I was contacted Via email in regards to this review. What will come to fruition of it is yet to be determined.

  Very welcoming place. Jesse and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. I'd give 'em 7 stars if i could.

  Great place to spend hours of your time getting nothing. Elise is disrespecting me as I type this. This is extremely unpleasant.
