      Rueben (branch manager) and his crew are amazing! They are *consistently* great, always kind and helpful. I was ready to give up on Wells Fargo and take my business elsewhere but Rueben and his crew saved the day! I’m so thankful to have a good crew for all of my banking needs. Good leadership mixed with a happy crew is success and that’s exactly what THIS branch is. Corporate Wells Fargo, if you ever see this, this crew deserves a huge raise!

      There was a mix up with an appointment I made, and rather than reschedule or send me to another branch the Cerrillos branch manager, Ruben, helped me with what I needed. He was efficient & friendly, and I really appreciated his assistance. I've had consistent good customer service at this branch.

      Update: thank you very much for the introductory bonus that posted on July 20. I opened a checking account at this branch on March 30. I had scheduled an appointment the day before, so did not have to wait even a minute in line. I would like to thank banker Islel Loya for the quick account opening process, for her clarifications on Wells Fargo's checking accounts and helping me to choose the right one, for her clear and complete answers about Wells Fargo's savings accounts, CDs, and investments (for my future reference), and for her overall welcoming attitude. Thanks to cashier Kerry for his friendly smile during my deposit. And of course, many thanks to manager Ana Gonzales for keeping the branch at the top-notch level. I am sure much of her hard work remains behind the scene. I thank Wells Fargo for forgiving me the monthly fee for the first statement (establishing a direct deposit may be a bit slow with my employer), and I promise you will be receiving a direct deposit in three days. Other banks, e.g., Bank of America, have a lot to learn from Wells Fargo checking account services.

      Why do they put the rudest employees at the drive-up window? They’re nicer when you walk in, but I’m guessing it’s b/c the boss is around that area.

      The best experience compare to all Well Fargo Bank that I have been.. I live in near other Wells Fargo, but I always going to this place instead of going to other. Here people are very friendly welcoming.. very good people

      Don't bank here for your business. They treat businesses as second class citizens with longer wait times as they serve others first. Must think that we don't have options as business accounts so we'll suffer through the longer wait times.

      Seems like over 75% of the time I go to this branch, the ATM Deposit function is not available. Pretty upsetting that they cant seem to get the ATM working properly. Also pretty sad that the community right behind them cannot depend on a functioning ATM consistently
