  We can’t say enough about the superb customer service our family received from the staff at Enterprise Bank (the Cerrillos Branch). Martin Naranjo and Nohemi Martinez saved the day for my 87 year old father who fell victim to a sophisticated scam and computer hack. If it hadn’t been for their keen observance and professional attention, we could be in a really bad situation. They kindly helped my dad avoid some bad mistakes and included his children in a respectful and helpful manner. They spent hours with us cancelling old accounts and setting up new ones, reversing malicious charges, and assisting with technical support--- way above the call of duty. We are forever grateful !

  I love that the bank has many options on the mobile app that I rarely have to stop at the branch, but when I do, they help me immediately. I don't have to wait. Our last visit was to open two accounts for my teen kids. Brittany Muñoz was specially helpful and patient and explained the products to us in detail and answered all our questions. Brittany you are awesome, Thank you!!!

  Came back to edit and add another reason I can’t stand this bank and would be changing banks sooner if I didn’t work a million hours a week. Tell me why I can’t check my balance in the evening through the app without it reverting to my balance a few days prior? The debit card at this bank has you saving receipts and balancing your checkbook like in the olden days. I never know how much money I have. At one point a purchase I made didn’t go through for nearly 2 weeks and almost caused me to overdraft my account. Completely ridiculous.

  We have been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since they bought Los Alamos National Bank. We have been very impressed with their customer service to our business. They take the time to help us with our needs and to help us understand our options. They are always very responsive and they have continued that even during these trying times. I would definitely recommend this bank to other businesses.

  We went through Enterprise Bank and Trust on Cerrillos Rd. for our Paycheck Protection Program loan and they were very diligent in making sure we had all the correct forms and signatures so that we would be approved and we were. Thanks!

  My girlfriend had to make a sizable withdrawal from here and they only had small bills apparently. That’s pathetic

  Customer service at this branch is beyond terrible , I had an account with LANB but closed it. If you are looking for a good bank with efficient and serious service, this bank is not for you.
