Alexis Estrada1****PLEASE READ**** After going in yesterday to cash my work check, I left the building with my cash. Nothing was wrong with my check and I cashed it just fine. I deposited some money into my account through the atm outside. Wells Fargo online states they cannot hold cash deposits, my money was available to me however today I have a negative balance of -31.05 when I had over 200$ before I fell asleep, I called customer service and they said because my check was possibly fraudulent. I didn't deposit my check I deposited cash. I had bills to pay today and now I can't have my money until Monday, leaving me with late bill fees, and also possibly overdraft fees from something that wasn't my fault at all. For anyone thinking about opening an account with this wells fargo, go down the street to union Bank instead. This is very upsetting. And the Better Business Bureau will be notified.

Ariana Topete1Made an appointment at 12. It was raining and we got in at 12:10. After being told in different occasions for different appointments that the grace period was 15 minutes. He decided to take other people and said we would have to wait until later on when he had time. Was very rude of him to have taken other people and not respected what we had been told previous about the 15 minute grace period. His name is Cristian Torres!!!! Waited for him to finish helping the people he took after me then waited until 12:40!!! He came up to me and said he wasn’t taking me today!!! Because my appointment took an hour and he had to go to lunch!!!! WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IT SAYS MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE 30 minutes only!!!!!! NEVER WANT TO BE HELPED BY THIS EMPLOYEE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

DonChampagnePapi 4201Horrible branch. I've waited and waited around for them to call me in for my appointment I had ,they managed to make me wait an hour and a half outside for them to call me in. I've called them multiple times over the phone to see if they can reschedule my appointment since I did get very impatient them not calling me for my appointment and no one answered. I walked in the branch and called them several times to see why weren't they answering and it's because the 3 ladies and man were just talking the whole time while the phone rang. Very unprofessional on their behalf.

Armando Gonzalez1I went into the Hesperia branch on Main street to make a deposit when employee named Melissa called me next to the window. I observed her immediate lack of customer service when she did not greet me and she was not wearing a name tag. Then a few moments later her tone of voice and her facial expressions just topped it off! She was very unprofessional like she hated her job and she didn't care if everyone knew it. If you want to be treated right in my opinion and experience go to the Chase bank across the street, the difference in attitude and professionalism is outstanding. Good job Chase and Wells Fargo you need help asap, your bank is already in hot water as it is and you need all the real customers now more than ever!!!!!

Joel Molina1Wells Fargo is the worst financial institution for protecting you money. Some one hacked my atm acc and go almost 600 out and the claims dep was no help. Ive been a costumer for over 10 years and they cant even protect your money. I will be closing my account and going to another bank for all my banking needs. Wells Fargo are a bunch of scammers, just like they fraudulently open all those credit cards with out the approval of the consumer. I do not understand how this place is still in business.

R One (Straykat)1Worst parking lot of any bank I have ever been to. and everyone complains about it, everyone. They say that the empty lot behind them is theirs but they are waiting o the city of Hesperia for permits of something, don't blame the city for your short comings. Get the lot built. I have already got accounts at Bank of America because they have parking and all the service are the same as you offer.

dia B4My favorite Bank. All the tellers seem to know me. I am always addressed by my first name, and it's pronounced correctly. Thus shows they really have taken the time to know me and are not just reading it from a script. All my business questions and personal questions have been answered here. Air always leave with a smile.

Clinton Chris4I still remember the stuffed animal ponies given to me as I opened up several accounts. They have treated me pretty well and I haven't many complaints. Glad to have my accounts because of the good access and number of plentiful atm's throughout the state
