carlos rocha5Went in there for a loan… and after a disappointing experience I needed up going back due to ease and close to home…. This time spoke to Lida Lujan was amazing knew exactly what to do and how to get it done was able to help me with zero issues and got my loan walked out same day didn’t have to return as everything was finished online… appreciate her patience and knowledge for it all done

Francisco Rios1I want to make my last payment on my vehicle they turned me away because I was using a debit Mastercard. Complete bs I will be pulling my money and go to US Bank.

Juile jones1This review is for the employees that work at the main branch in Alaska, or who ever is in charge at the corporate level! Every employee at the Hesperia branch have been more than helpful and friendly. With this being said, the customer service at the corporate level is horrible. I was trying to get an answer regarding my account, and I was getting the run around for over two weeks! I was always on hold for waaay too long! Disconnected a few times, and transferred from one person to another! I was even on hold for one hour-six minutes! TOTALLY UNEXCEPTIONAL! So, after calling at least eight different times, and waisting my precious time, a man finally came on the line to explain my concerns regarding my bank question! Here’s what happened… Basically, I was a co-borrower on my husband’s Alaska USA bank account. The Hesperia, CA branch confirmed that I could withdraw $12k from that account…So I did. I transferred that money to MY Alaska USA account. Well, my absent husband, who is control of our money, disputed that transaction! Great! But, here’s the kicker……… Two weeks later, Alaska USA reverse the charges, and pulled that $12k out of my personal account! With NO, ZERO, NADA communication, regarding this matter!… that $12k vanished!!! I expressed my concerns to the educated sounding man on the phone… saying, “ I never received a phone call, email, text, or even snail mail regarding this issue” He admitted to Alaska USA’s lack of communication, saying SORRY!…I was appalled! I only found out about this incident because I happened to request a monthly bank statement! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND POSSIBLY ILLEGAL??? But on the flip side, I love the helpful staff at the Hesperia branch, and usually, I am in and out in 5 minutes! That’s the ONLY REASON I BANK WITH ALASKA USA!

David Hill1I walked into the credit union, there was two tellers. And one person in the line in front of me. After 5 minutes one of the tellers finished and called the couple in front of me. The two tellers obviously had customers that required a lot of time. In the 30 minutes I waited not once did they request a third teller. I stood at the front of the line for 30minutes before a third teller finally showed up. There was six people in line behind me. I would suggest if you are going to take that amount of time with a customer that you call another teller to a window.

J O2My husband had to tell a guy that came in with no mask as he was sneezing and coughing all over the bank, to put on a mask. Shame on all the tellers for not saying a word. They just jeopardized all their patrons by remaining silent! Shame on Alaska credit union!! Not to mention one of the tellers apologies to the guy hacking , coughing and sneezing all over the bank.
