  No one answers phone and robot does not have option for callback or hold so one must call back, and back, and back. Any the fix is so easy… sad

  Do not bank here! They are liars and cheats. I had a safe deposit box, tried to close it. Was forced to pay $140.00 (included previous years box rental) was promised a prorated refund. After a month they insist that I am not owed any refund. They have not learned any lessons from their crooked dealings during the financial crisis of 2007-2008.

  Thank you Polly!! The banker I was scheduled to meet with was busy with a previous appointment and so I had to wait almost half my appointment time (which was my lunch break) helpless until she came and offered her service. Got what I needed done in less than ten minutes!

  Ive never had more problems with a bank! The funny thing is its not even my bank. Ive had the unfortunate luck of being on the receiving end of multiple Wells Fargo transactions with different Wells Fargo Account holders. Wire transfers, closings, etc. The last time something went wrong while I was waiting on funds I called the other party and they didnt know what was going on either, I asked if they were using Wells Fargo, they replied How did you know that!

  One of my cousins open an account there absolutely raved about you guys not only this store but the store in Middleburg excuse me the bank in Middleburg and y'all's bank and Orange Park on 220 seriously considering leaving my bank after 20 years of BS charges if he is correct and saying there's no minimum balance there's no service charge no secret monthly fee you got to pay I'm there so tell me the truth!
