  Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They made everything easy and hassle free. Update: This has been the great experience, thank you Lazaro. Very professional group, easy to work with. I am utilizing their property management services. They had a professional photographer take pictures and found a tenant for me in 7 days.

  I worked at USA Mortgage the Marganon Group for 6 months this passed year and Jami Marganon was one of the rudest and unprofessional manager I’ve ever had. I was not paid during this time, and she failed to tell me this because she didn’t know either….. I tried quitting twice in this period they asked me to stay. I was told I would have 8 months training and I ended up having no training at all. Come to find out I was being paid on a draw and do to my lack of experience was unaware to even ask that questions. Every time I spoke with Jami she never had answers to my questions. Do not go here !

  They go over and above! Making a decision of buying, selling, or renting a home is a big deal. Its important to find a realator who can be trusted, is looking out for your best interest, calm, patient, and one who knows their stuff! I feel so fortunate to have worked with Lazaro and his team. They were all that and a bag of chocolate chips. I bought a home, rented and then sold a home with the expertise of Lazaro. I will definitely use Lazaro in the future. He and his staff are truly a blessing.

  Where to start!? I won’t start in being to long in short I ask for thing to be fixed they wouldn’t reply or just not send anyone to fix. I spend money out my pocket for plumbing twice. Flying ants were in my sons room & no one came to fix. Oh they were in his room cause house had holes on outside so anything can come in. To much to write. My point don’t use then especially for rental.

I went to their office for a consultation and got answers to my particular housing questions without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I recommend their office whether you are looking to buy, trying to sell or even if you need to rent! Their office can take care of you!

  This company may be good as selling homes but be careful if you use them as rental agents. Their contracts state that as owners you are to have no contact with tenants. The agent used a maintenance man for repairs. Total charge for him to repair toilet in master bath for 2 repairs was $275.00. The third time I called a plumber and the charge was $152. The AC stopped working and the maintenance man found a leak. He charged $190 and used Stop Leak & Dye in the line. Snyder AC said they would never use this as it gums up the lines and messes up the pressures. It cost $952. when the AC went out again. When the certification was produced for the maintenance man it was issued in 1994 (25 years old). No certification was produced for plumbing.

  Due to an outstanding experience with a REMAX agent in our home town, we opted to have the agent refer us to a REMAX office in Florida for the sale of our vacation home. The experience was such a flawless transaction, it only made sense to stay with REMAX. Unfortunately it was the worse experience we have ever had. Take it for what it's worth, we had just purchased 2 properties in Florida in 2013 with an agent that we located on line. She too provided an outstanding service. All communication was done via phone and emails. When we narrowed our search, the agent scheduled viewing appointments for us that accommodated a weekend trip to Florida. Both sales of properties were completed upon our return back home. So being out of state and purchasing properties is not a difficult task. It all depends on the agent and her commitment to the customer. We were sorry to hear this agent was working in a different industry and sorry we did not use the referrals she provided. It is sad that we had to hire an attorney to represent our interest. When an agent calls and emails you after your property is listed only a week and tells you to lower the price, an alarm should go off on what to expect going forward. Honesty and Integrity, Professionalism, Tenacity, Listening, and Commitment were not qualities we found in this agent. At least one of the qualities would have been nice. Instead we got arrogance! Having an agent email you non stop to like them on FaceBook or hook up with them on Linkedin after providing such an awful experience makes me wonder about their integrity or lack of. I wish I could provide a listing of things that took place throughout the sale but I may still file a complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission. Even though we all read reviews, we have the opportunity to meet with someone and make our own decision. But those meet and greets do not always turn out to be what you initially thought once the contract is signed. In addition to the misconduct we experienced, it would have been nice if the agent and broker kept their commitment to the agent that referred us. Instead greed took over. Shame on this agent and the broker for their actions. Using this agent and broker is like buying a car without a warranty!

  This home sold significantly over appraised value within a reasonable time. Our agent worked tirelessly to make sure the home was sold. Our goal of selling the home was met. Not only was it met but exceeded by selling the home over appraised value.
