      My wife and I were scheduled for 1pm to see the notary. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a notary. There was a little confusion, and a bit of frustration on my end at first. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I'm horrible with names, but one of the gals, confirmed she called us hours before our appointment to notify us of the cancelation/reschedule issue. The staff took to the phones, and did their absolute best to find us another location to see a notary. The staff were able to scheduled us for tomorrow at another branch. I'd just like to say, I truly appreciate the effort of everyone that jumped in to assist us. Things don't always work out exactly the way we hope they do. But we should all be grateful for good things, and appreciate the good in people.

      The wait time is horrendous. There is plenty of room to allow for two more tellers. I’m forced to use the bank for cashiers checks, etc. Otherwise I’d be long gone from WFB! The managers walk around as though this is acceptable. Looks empty behind the glass.

      This branch needs training!!! On December 30,2021 I received a call from Banker (Verenice Morales) I returned her call right away because I needed an important matter to be taken care of. When Ms. Morales picked up the phone she was laughing and hung up. I called back repeatedly and nobody picked up. Finally, I contacted customer service they helped me get through to this branch. I spoke to Jason who said," Verenice is busy. We're all busy at this time we will not answer the phone when we're busy." I never felt such anger with how they think it's ok to talk to people with an attitude like this was my fault.

      I had the worst experience at this branch. I deposited a cashier check for the amount of $20000 and I was expecting to be cleared the same day. The banker Kewana informed me I could have access to $6000 of that immediately and another $6000 on the 18th of the month I asked why does she have to hold on a cashier check and it was never like that. How ever I had no option to agree, which I was in a hurry to go to work.Until today nothing was cleared at all. Today I called the bank, I realized she intentionally held on the check until end of the day and neither of the two funds are going to be cleared. Since I was in a hurry to go to work so I didn’t look at the receipt, which was saying the fund will be cleared by 27th of the month. This banker was rude, negligent and lier and very irresponsible. I believe since I was upset that they were holding on my fund, and argued with her. She decided to make the situation even worse for me. She didn’t report the fund until end of the day, in order to lengthen the process, and didn’t do her duty.

      Very friendly staff, nice clean branch. I've enjoyed banking with Wells Fargo, and there's not much to complain about with this branch. The downsides worth noting are that this branch does not have drive-thru banking or ATM. Only walk-up ATMs outside (2 of them). This branch also seems to get very crowded every afternoon.

      The Banker gave me horrible customer service. I get horrible service and everytime I come to this branch...I couldn't get a copy of a money order I was trying to cash. I have money in the bank and they still give you horrible service!

      Berenice has real bad customer service, she makes it so difficult to open a business account. More training will do alot of help.

      Rude and racist. The Hispanic female manager is real good at stretching the truth and blowing off white folks. This is typical for this branch. It has happened several times. Time to find another bank.

      Place is nice and clean, staff is friendly and interactive and tend to disabled people with respect. Bad thing to note is the neighborhood isn't all to safe with there being gun shots as early as 9pm in the area and the only 2 ATM machines are walk ups, no drive thru
