Robert Maestas1Really poor customer service. They are giving us issues with a bank account that my grandparents had and we are trying to get it sorted out and they are giving my family major issues. I had issues with this bank before and had to switch to another bank when I lived out there. I have Wells Fargo in Las Vegas and they are awesome so it is just this branch that has the poor service.

Sara Armijo1They told me to come to the door for a cash advance and once inside they don't give u any information. Me and another girl are just standing here wondering who is going to help us and what we are doing while one girl sits at her computer and 2 others keep helping people coming in from the drive through. Very unprofessional! Other women keep walking through not acknowledgeing us!
