  Went there at 11:55 on Saturday and they say they dont have bankers to do wire transfer. You are located in los gatos and you dont have bankers to help people on a Saturday. I guess you dont want peoples business

  Just moved to area 6 months ago. Most the people writing reviews are probably not checking the busy times on google for the branch. Everytime I go it's not busy and the tellers are friendly and professional. Maybe people should interact with tellers and they would not be missing 100$. INSTEAD OF PLAYING ON PHONES!!!! THIS BANK IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BANK IN A 30 MILE RADIUS.

  It's always hit or miss at Wells Fargo. Each person seems to know different information. So, it's sometimes a treasure hunt to find the right person. Additionally, there is no good que for working with financial employees. It took me over 1 hour to raise my rent payment.

  No notary services at this bank! Zero . Made an appointment and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and let me know that this location doesn’t have a notary.

  Sometimes there is a line, but nothing the ATM can't fix. They work very well. People are very friendly, even though they often try to sell products you do not need.

  Always friendly faces when I go in! Havent been to this branch in a while but it was definitely my go-to branch for all my banking needs!

  Watch out when you take money out our your bank account or you cash a check, I came to the bank to cash 2 checks and when I counted the money by my self I was $100 dollars short on money, I get back to the bank and ask for help but they don't try to do anything to help me, I really do not recommend this branch.

  It's like any other wells fargo, I didn't appreciate it when they tried to sell me more services but that was a corporate policy issue.
