  It would be easier to rate this branch if I were able to speak to someone In person. I went from menu to menu of options being put on hold 3 times while waiting for someone answer in between before being cutoff and and call was automatically ended.

  The staff there are the nicest people I ever been helped by. Very professional they greet you right away they won't let you leave until you're happy. They deff go above and beyond for their customers. Very impressed!

  I normally am addressed by my first name. This branch makes you feel very welcomed and if I had a choice this would be the only branch I frequent. Great staff all around, makes you feel right at home.

  Horrible customer service. Branch manager was extremely rude, couldn't explain the confusing bank policy and just turned around and left in the middle of conversation.
