  Cheryl is the absolute best! She is so supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. I recommend her and her team to anyone I know who is buying a house. She truly went above and beyond for me, even calling me to cheer me up when I was outbid on yet another house and to ensure me that the right house was out there. It showed me her true character and she just made the whole process so much easier and enjoyable.

  Monica is so great to work with! She assisted us as first time home buyers in 2018 and was extremely helpful/patient to a couple who knew nothing about buying a house. Monica worked with us and explained everything, step by step, so we knew what was happening along the way. Because of our great experience then, we returned to Monica for her services on a mortgage refinance in the fall of 2020. This being our first time with this process she was an invaluable resource of assistance and knowledge yet again! I have recommended her to friends in the past and will do so again anytime the occasion arises. Always quick to respond to an email or willing to take a call nights and weekends, Monica is one of the few people I know that truly work for their client and not a bottom line.

  I want to first say I had an ABSOLUTELY great experience dealing with Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors!!! All praise go to Cheryl, Darlene and Denise as these ladies made my first time home buying experience smooth and painless! From the very first phone call with Cheryl it felt completely genuine and got straight down to business. I knew immediately I was In good hands. Her team of Darlene and Denise were the icing on the cake and the cherry on top. They two were completely genuine from start to finish. All of these ladies never made me feel out of the loop of any important information regarding the loan. I had many questions as a first time homebuyer and not once did they hesitate to answer. Throughout the whole process I felt good about everything and never overwhelmed. They always explained everything in complete detail to make sure I understood. I’m grateful to have had these ladies on my loan and work extremely well as a team! I would totally use Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors again and already have suggested them to others!

Clara, our mortgage advisor, was always available by phone, text or email to promptly answer our questions and provide guidance. This excellent service was coupled with a great rate that closely matched the initial quote we received. When we were bidding on our home in a multiple offer scenario, Clara was available and flexible, promptly providing all required documentation.   Philly Mortgage Advisors is the BEST! If you are looking for a mortgage or re finance I can not recommend them enough. The process was so easy. I recommend contacting Dave Gorman, he handled all my questions, anxieties and concerns with patience, professionalism and kindness. He knows all the ins and outs and will do his best to get you the best rate! Our underwriter Denise was excellent and communicated clearly on everything she needed, and quickly processed our loan. Dave clearly is passionate about his work and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I will be telling everyone to use PMA in the future for their loan needs.
