Samantha Byers1I'm at this point convinced that nobody actually works here. Or if they are staffed nobody knows how to answer a phone. I don't drive and can't just come in and their automated system rings and rings but for the FIFTH time today it end with "we're experiencing high call volumes please call again later". My old branch in Coatesville ALWAYS picks up so its obviously not all branches, just this one.

DG2The blonde lady was being a little passive aggressively today. Previously, another nice lady helped me with my coins and counted change with a small instrument. The coins were wrapped today, and they were all roughly the same size, but I didn't count them because they used a change counter the last time, and I assumed they would do so again. The lady pointed out that they weren't the same size, but she immediately cut me off when I mention about the change counter. I've been coming here for years and have never encountered someone unpleasant.

Hanna Neuschwander1The slowest Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to. You can be friendly and fast at the same time! I'm still sitting in the drive thrul ine after 20 minutes and this isnt the 1st time it's happened to me.
