Kirstin Hage3The staff is great, but the handicapped parking isn’t. Handicapped parking spots are further from the front door than non-handicapped spots. If you’re truly handicapped it’s hard to walk that far. Even worse if you have balance issues. Why don’t you put at least one spot near the door? I know you’re trying to comply with the law, but your missing the main point - Accessibility-

Angel2Service could be better!!! Came here today to open up a new account, nothing difficult, but no! Now I need to have an appointment for this, during that conversation couple employees had “coffee time”( 9:00) finely she said “ there’s no one can open account today” Hmm seriously??what about Wednesday? Nope everything is full! Thank you for the great service!!

Calder Rasmusson2Lacking security. Signs indicate that parking is for Wells Fargo customers only. Nobody verified whether I was a customer, despite me spending four consecutive days living out of my vehicle in this parking lot. This concerns me, but I did appreciate the free parking.

Moner Al-Saady5ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BRANCH and its workers. Never had any problems and they always explain stuff to me. They helped me open my first credit card and have had me on a great plan since! And the staff is so friendly and welcoming. i can access the ATM 24 hours a day this is just a great bank for a great city :) They always have fresh coffee too :)

Soraia Khosti5I am a loyal customer to this specific location. Not only because it is conveniently close but the service they give is extremely helpful. I put all of my faith in a banker named Cara. She is a very kind and down to earth person. When I was in a sorry state for credit and finances she sat down with me and explained every option and helped me understand and improve my situation. She is the reason I love this bank. Knowing that someone could be honest and welcome me with a smile, remember me when I return, and call to check on my status. That is amazing. I forever feel welcomed and satisfied with my service there. I have never been to a bank that made me smile so much. I will always appreciate the people I've met at this place. I recommend this bank and location to everyone. The fast pace and qualityof service you receive here is like none other, in my opinion the very best.

Charlie Lucas5Not only are the employees bright, cheerful and helpful, the ATM at this location works perfectly I deposit multiple items regularly with no hitches. The ATM area is also secure, meaning you must have a Debit card to even use this location after hours, which is a huge relief at night not having to worry about someone coming in while you are making deposits or withdrawals. I am 50 and have been dealing with banks for a long time and this is the friendliest bank and easiest I have ever been associated with.

Rocky Borchardt5You go in and out of this bank every week, and the service is always pleasant, quick, correct, and flawless. The bank is clean, easy to access, and I appreciate the tall ceilings. But there have been a few times now that I've really appreciated the service and experience of this branch, all thanks to the one Megan Wells (prev. Ladyka) and her amazing personal assistance. When going through an end of life scare, I had just hours to tie up the paperwork before heading into surgery. Needing a Notary and to add signers to all of my accounts, we went straight to Megan for her help. She thought of a few things we hadn't, got everything signed, helped us get it all tied tightly together, and stayed in touch so she could help at any turn. Most recently, we visited Megan again to update our accounts as our company has grown over the past year and, as always, she was there with a smile to help make it all happen. It's nice to walk in and hear your name welcome you from across the room from someone with such a pleasant attitude and clearly very experienced. Thank you for getting us up to speed, Megan!

Steve Mokhtary2The ATM at this branch is a pain everyday. I don't bank at Wells Fargo but use their ATM everyday to do deposits with multiple items (checks). If you deposit 20 checks or so, it scans the first one and spits the rest back out. I have resigned to putting in one check at a time which creates a line and takes sometimes up to 5 minutes to make a deposit. The new envelope free system is a joke. It only benefits the bank...they can scan the check you are depositing right away and pull the funds to work with. I have talked to the customer service at the branch regarding this issue and they act concerned but nothing ever changes. i called the 800 number on the ATM and they identified the location of the ATM and said they would "reboot" the software. In defense of this branch i have used other envelope free wells ATMs and they behave the same way. this seems more like they need an upgrade rather than a reboot.

R P S5Vestibule ATM ate my card on Friday may 3rd. Apparently a machine issue. Crystal inside the anoka branch office retrieved the card, Monday, locked it in the vault, and called me immediately. She was extremely nice, and understood it could be a disaster.Although I was rush shipped a new card, i very much appreciate the effort. Thanks again Crystal at the Wells anoka branch.

Paul1Trying to make a business deposit, 1 teller working who's already working on another business deposit, they brought someone up to come help, while the wait was bad, the reason for the one star, Alex said he's new to the system, I've been coming in for years, I know you've been employed for several months, every other teller has never had a issue.
