Alex Timm1They don't answer the phone during normal business hours, and if you go in they turn you away because you need to schedule an appointment even though there are no signs anywhere stating that, and you can't call in to make that appointment since they do not answer the phone. So go drive there just to schedule an appointment and then come back when you have your appointment several days later even though people are just sitting around and chatting. Frustrating

Gerardo Vargas1Went through the drive thru to make a cash deposit, clerk told me they weren't able to help me because, and I quote, "too busy". What kind of business turns away customers because they are too busy? I told her that I would wait then she gave me a dirty look. So unprofessional.

George Dalglish5I don't know why this bank only has 3.5 stars (as of now) but I can only speak on my own experience over the 5 plus years I've been doing business with them. They've always been so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL any time I needed help or a loan or whatever. The employees always greet customers with a smile and they are genuinely motivated to serve our needs. You can't ask for better service than that! *special shout out to Joel who followed up on an online application i filled out and intervened with the underwriter on my behalf. That was completely unexpected and above and beyond on his part. Actions like those are representative of the US Bank Anoka employees and it shows where their heart is

CHIP OFFTHEOLDBLOCK2The drive up is the slowest drive up I've ever been to. As I'm writing this I have been sitting in line for 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. Never been to a bank that was so slow processing drive-thru transactions.

Kelsey Taylor1Just had the worst customer service ever! Standed in for over 30 minutes waitinf to simply take out money. Several able bodies available to assist the only 2 tellers working both the lobby and drive through. So disappointing to not see a single manager or banker step out to help out their team.

Eileen Ness1Worst customer service!! 4 times we visited trying to get a CD for for son. Had a court order on what exactly we had to get. First time my fault because was in husbands name not mine. Said your husband has to do it and be here. (NEVER MENTIONS MY SON), Second time they talj my husband into Money Market, Which is not Federally regulated, so they have him come back so they could research it(never mention son has to be there). So c he goes in they realize can not do money market. Husband goes back 4th time to do CD and now they mention Son has to be there!!

Rachel Cook1This location needs to update there hours. There was 15 people waiting in drive through because online the drive through is open till 1pm and you just lost many peoples services today.
