Erick Salgado1This is the worst Wells Fargo I have visited. It took me 45 of waiting outside just to get in the bank’s door and be told that we’d have to wait some more to get in line for the teller. They say us in chairs for another 30min before I got to stand in line. After that, another 15min in line just to reach a teller. Whoever the branch manager is needs to be fired, along with their rude personnel. They clearly can’t run a branch all by themselves.

Ressa Chee Wah1Always slow! I waited over 30 minutes with 4 tellers working the front and one in the drive thru. There were 3 people ahead of me in line, and only one being served. I was making an uncomplicated withdrawal transaction that again took a while because my teller had to wait to get approval for my funds. There is no urgency or regard for the customer's time. This branch can be run way more efficiently. I think the issue is one of poor management.

Bob Passport1I noticed my review will fit in with the other negative ones. 20 minute wait to cash a money order. 5 minutes of that time they had the check inside. Then came back and said they can only deposit it. Is that company policy regarding money orders? We’ve been with Wells Fargo for years. Very incompetent staff. Glad we were only passing through this area, otherwise we’d be switching banks.

Renee Wynn5Kareema is Awesome with that beautiful smile and personality. She's always friendly and in a good mood. She wished me a happy birthday when most bankers don't pay attention to that and she told me don't forget to renew my license. That brightened my day! She's a great person. Kareema care about the customers need. She was able to cash a check from IRS that had a little ripped at the bottom. Another Wells Fargo location was not able to cash it because they stated it would not scanned. I knew they were able to cash it but they told me to call irs to ask them to reissue me another check. I went to this memorial drive location and Kareema scanned it and was able to cash it. Kareema is a professional skilled banker teller that cares for the customers. Thank you Kareema.

Tania Arevalo1Most horrible and unsafe environment. My mother has been insulted and yelled at countless times. She doesn’t speak well English and they take this as a chance to yell at her. Not only do they call her “stupid” but they say her business out loud. Other customers come to her and ask “can I have some of your money?” “How do you make that amount?” Their unprofessional environment has put my mother in uncomfortable situations and feared her safety. They even whisper to each other and point to my mother like high schoolers when my mother walks in. Saying “here she comes, that’s the lady.” There is one specific lady that does this. Not only to my mother but multiple people, she is the problem. Such a rude horrible person. I’ve complained countless times and never seen change.

Andrew Furtick2Been sitting behind 1 car, with 2 lanes open, waiting to deposite a company check for 20-25mins now while I write this review. The car next to me in the other lane was here prior to me so no telling how long they've been waiting. The teller did apologize for the long wait but seems to me they need more help. Will probably avoid coming back to this branch in the future as I cannot afford to waste this much time away from work. Also, be ready for beggars to come up to your window too while you wait.

M M1This bank is always so crowded and the people who work here are soooooo slow! But on a positive note atleast people are working!

Gabe Adkins1Terrible bank and not just this location. Needed a cashiers check, answered every question, provided my ID, gave them a withdrawal slip yet when they went to process the transaction, they refused because my signature didn't match the signature I had when I opened the account...over 15 years ago. So now I can't do the business that I need to do and I can't close the account, why, because my signature "doesn't match." Signatures drift and change over time, if signature matching is such an important requirement then they need to require yearly updates to the signature on file. I filed a complaint but doubt anything will change, these banks are just putting more and more roadblocks between you and your money. So now I don't know what will happen, apparently I can't close my account, can't do the business I need so I guess I just have to go to another bank and open an account and just drain this account until it's empty, so frustrating.

A Tecec5First when I walked in I was greeted by the bank manager. I didn't figure this out until I was almost complete. I would have never thought she was extremely welcoming. I didn't have an appointment yet she fit me in. I had just left the one on Ponce de Leon without an appointment or a customer insight but they wouldn't service me. They weren't rude just not flexible. Ms. Jay handed me off to Sophie whom was knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. I also was assisted by Nicole as I waited high five. All 3 went above and beyond! Keep it up Memorial Dr! This was my first time in but not my last!
