  After the banker refused to take care of our fraud issue at Schadt Ave, we went to Grape St. Fraud doesn't wait for an appointment. This branch did not have a "banker", but the service manager called Airport Rd branch. Airport Rd branch was extremely helpful and courteous and took us right in.

  Aida Ruiz the service manager, was the friendliest person I ever met and she was so helpful she took an extra step to make sure my problem was solved. She fully understood my situation that I had to replace my debit card she spent 20 minutes on her computer until she fixed the issue and walked with me to Steve where I got my temporary card. Another person was so kind and so professional (Edward) I can't thank him enough for his super friendly attitude and help. He made sure that the manager was fully aware of the situation. Those guys had me impressed by their experience and professionalism they showed. Thank you guys! I will definitely be a customer of Wells Fargo always coming to your branch to do business.

  Wouldn’t cash a check written off of Wellsfargo bank. Same check I’ve been cashing every month for 3 years at this same location. Asked if the company who issued the check could call them to verify it’s legitimacy, Service Manager refused. Offered no other options.

  No bathrooms, even for account holders, don't bother going in the building.
