  I am a real estate agent that has one of my clients homes under contract and the lender is Quaint Oak, I have used them in the past and the service was great due to my contact following up and staying on top of his loans, RIP Mike, that is no longer the case with this bank. No follow up, no communication and a lot of excuses to why you will not close on time. Lots of good lenders in the Valley, not sure I would choose this one.*** Update, received a call from Gerry Sanchez about the oversights that occurred. He explained how they happened and stated that they should not have happened. He was very apologetic and understood how much of an inconvenience it was to all parties involved.

  I was working with Paul and the experience was terrible very unprofessional started an application and then I had to call him multiple times Leave messages and He will not call back. After three weeks for no good reason decided not to help me just beware if you decide to use this company truly was a waste of my time.

  I used this bank for my first investment property. My loan officer was great, but ended up leaving the company mid transaction. Long story short the communication there after was horrible. I was supposed to close and never heard anything from anyone telling me we would not make closing date. I emailed and called and got a response late that night that we would not be closing on the set date. There was so many issues with the communication regarding the mortgage process, requesting documents that were submitted multiple times. Ect. I also emailed Gerry Sanchez regarding my experience and did not recieve any communication back at thay time. Had I called him, he may have responded.I DO NOT recommend you use this company for mortgage needs.

  If you deal with cryptocurrencies take your business elsewhere! I came in to open a few business accounts and was denied on the grounds that “they don’t deal with these kinds of accounts” with no further explanation. I spent three hours at the bank setting up the accounts and was repeatedly told that Quaint Oak Bank wasn’t like the big banks and that Quaint Oak was different. Long story short, they are not and their actions could not be more hypocritical.

  Keith Chesler is my PPP Loan Officer at Quaint Oak Bank. Always there when I need him. Always takes his time in his conversations with me. Always finds solutions for problems that arise during the loan and forgiveness precess. Keith goes above and beyond every time!

  Working with Keith was the worst experience with a bank I have ever had. And I bank with Wells Fargo. So that gives you some idea as to how bad this place is. I don’t think he has any idea what he’s doing and had no clue who he was talking to. He kept mixing up me with a completely different customer! I ended up going with a different banker for my needs. And not my bank. Go figure.

  It was my first time buying a house and they help me every step of the way. The morgage department was efficient with all the proccess. I couldn't be more grateful with the job they did. They make my dreams of buying a house come true.

  please BECAREFUL when doing business with they mortgage department they will have you spending your money for inspection and application fee and they will run your credit multiple time just to be told they cant appoved your loan dont trust them. went to another lender everything went smooth
