  I just completed a mortgage refinance with New Horizon Bank taking advantage of the current low rates. Debbie Ellis VP & Mortgage Lender, was awesome to work with. She kept me updated on the loan progress during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process from application to closing took only two and a half weeks. I am highly satisfied and would highly recommend New Horizon Bank to anyone looking to refinance their current mortgage loan. Great customer service !

  I needed to exchange $1000 worth of $20 bills for $100 bills. Even though I did not have account, this was no problem with this branch. Renee was very sweet and accommodating to invite me to come in they would happily oblige. Good people and very professional.

  Just closed on refinancing my house with Debbie Ellis at Horizon. The experience was easy and painless. My refinance took over several months due to some construction happening at my house, and Debbie stayed connected with me the whole time and as soon as I was able to complete the construction she moved quickly to get all documents and appraisal done. The closing was even conducted at my house for my convenience. It was great! Highly recommend!

  The staff at New Borizon are friendly and helpful! Debbie Ellis was our go to gal to get our re-fi done, she was able to get us a good rate and we closed in under 30 days! We highly recommend New Horizon !

  This Bank Doesn't Honor Their Client's Customers. I'm Speaking Of Liberty Tax Services. I Recently Filed With Liberty Tax Services And The New Horizon Bank Is Their Bank. Today My Husband Went To Cash The Check He Recieved And Was Told They Wouldn't Cash The Check Because He Wasnt A Member. Well I Know That After My Settlement Went Through And My Check Was Cashed At My Attourney's Bank Even Though I Didnt Bank With New Horizon Bank.

  Update: After a conversation, the bank came through with flying colors! They really seem to care and tried to do what they could to make the construction loan much less stressful and fit our house.
