  I banked with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Every experience at this branch was a nightmare. Some of the employees are friendly while others are not. Josh (branch manager) has no idea how to complete the paperwork I needed to transfer my 401K to Wells Fargo. I finally went to another branch and they took care of it no problem in less than 30 minutes.

  Based on the staff this Wells Fargo should get 5 stars. The people are great, helpful, friendly and courteous. However, the larger entity, Wells Fargo, is terrible. Besides the negative press lately about Wells Fargo, I can personally testify that this organization has run amok. I don't want to get into all the detail, but I can only say if you were a friend of mine and you asked me about Wells Fargo, I would strongly suggest that you do business with some other financial institution.

  The people at this bank are top notch, Debra P goes above and beyond and Virginia at the drive up always makes my day! Way to go Wells Fargo, now work on you customer service 1-800 number, they could learn a lot from these ladies at the Marion branch!!

  Went in with cash in hand to exchange for euros. My husband has an account their , but not myself. I assumed maybe I’d be charged a fee for the exchange. Nope, couldn’t even purchase exchange without membership! All worked out. Went to the Cedar Rapids Bank and was able to purchase my foreign exchange and was treated great

  The drive-up hours are incorrect on the app! The drive-through does not open at 8 but 9.
