  Went there to cash a check for food for my elderly mother and because it was dated wrong they refused.they tried to call but she has no phone and is unable to get out at moment. She will now have yo risk her health to get back and forth to cash a check that was dated wrong. Bad experience every time using this institution

  This phone number does NOT go to the branch! How incredibly rude to make a customer try to navigate a phone voice prompt system that does not ever get anywhere! I wanted ONLY to know if the branch on St. Patrick has a notary. But hey .. no problem. I'll take my mortgage docs from out of state elsewhere and when the check from that sale arrives here after closing, that bank will also get my business. Disappointed in the extreme!

  Bad customer service. Never get the same answers. Nobody seems to know what they are doing.

  Don't bank @ wells Fargo. Plenty of credit unions that don't charge ludicrous service fees.
