  Wells Fargo wouldn't cash a check from my boss cause his wife and him have a join checking account My boss has even been not allowed to withdrawal from his own account this is the 5th time we have gone through problems with THE SAME LADY NAMED LIBBY white haired old woman EVERY other work cashes our checks no problem

  I've been a customer since before Wells Fargo began. Last year they changed my credit card which I did not request. I am constantly dealing with this craziness at the most awkward times

  Banker "Dorian" opened a business account in my name, which I did not request, then lied about the minimum-required balance being $500 when it was actually $7500. Five months of service-fees later, I called & spoke with manager "Misty", absolute scum-of-the-earth, who fought me for months over $29 in service fees. My family has banked here & with Wachovia prior for over 25 years. I had my Mom call & Misty fought & argued with her as well. I was given the name and number of Regional Supervisor "Ryan Tilley", who was unreachable & not once returned any voicemails. The following week his voicemail was no longer "set up" & unable to accept messages. Then I called corporate. Fees were finally credited after months and countless hours of effort. Take your money, & don't walk, run away from Wells Fargo.

  It's amazing that a big city like Clemson Wells Fargo is closed on Saturdays 🙄
