  This is truly an amazing bank, I’ve been here two years now and have had zero problems. I recommend them to anyone who has had problems at other banks. Y’all are awesome keep up the good work

  I have noticed a lot of negative reviews here. I have banked at this location for over 5 years and have never had a problem. I have had 2 different transactions with Rane the branch manager in the past few weeks and she is always very courteous to me and completes what I need very quickly.

  The public beware this bank will not keep a closing date if a storm is predicted soon . And they don't inform the sellers , because if the storms does damage it's your loss .even though your closing was scheduled days before the storm. And the demands by the bank eats up most of your offer. So for sale by owners beware. They did this to us. We backed out and listed and sold and closed nine days later.

  TWO YEARS AGO THIS WAS A GREAT BANK! SINCE COVID 19, THEY SEEM TO HAVE A VERY POOR ATTITUDE, AND KNOW LITTLE ABOUT BANKING! ALL THEY SEEM TO KNOW IS WHAT THEY CANNOT DO!   If you call this branch do not use banker ''Andrew'', rude and not friendly like all other Wells Fargo employees I have ever dealt with, he will push you to call 800 customer service, hmmm......called him for customer service ,thought that WAS HIS JOB!!!!!!

  I have tried for two days to access the automated teller. Totally unable to access this service. But it’s Wells Fargo. Why should I expect anything more?
