  This WAS a great branch closed now for nearly a year. I walked by and there are several violation notices posted on the doors. The closest one to me now is on Alton and 16th, in the new building, south of the old branch there with murals. Just sayin' so that nobody will mistakenly go to 5th Street assuming the wrong information online. posted by Wells Fargo.

  I went into Wells Fargo at this location since moving to Collins Avenue. I was immediately greeted by the store manager Rita. She really made an effort to help me instead of making me wait for one of her employees to become available to do so. It saved me time and I was able to complete what I needed very quickly. Efficient, polite, bilingual and I felt really cared for.

  I recommend another place about loan mortgage. I did the process with Matilda Doko and I’m very disappointed with her professionalism . supposedly she has been working six years but I don’t think so well guys if I could give it zero stars I would 👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡.

  This bank make wells Fargo look BAD very bad service...you can't get one foot in the door without being treated very nasty but some old woman... some of the men work there or not bad ..sometimes unfortunately i have to go their...please avoid this bank unless you want to be treated bad by a old bag!

  This is the worst center I’ve ever visited. They are extremely slow and do not care about the clients. The tellers are the only nice ones, everyone else is very slow and careless. Hate it every time I go there.

  After trying and receiving refusals in different Miami banks to open an account, only Wells Fargo and attended in Spanish by a very friendly account manager, opened an account as a non-resident in order to deposit money for my children's Master studies in U.S.

  I am just wondering WHY Wells Fargo authorizes the operation of any amount IF i don't have no money on my account?? AND THEN Wells Fargo charge me 35 dollars for overdraft??? It occurs two-three times last 6 months. And that's why I'm gonna close my account. That's not fair to complete the transaction and THEN charge me additional overdraft fee $ 35 !

  Can never get through via phone.... Just keeps ringing then eventually sends you to automated banking when I need to speak to a human f'ing banker. Manager needs to make sure phone gets answered as I'm not the only one with the same feedback for this branch.

  Asked them not to send me letters to my home address when I was opening an account. Getting a ton of spam mail from them now.
