  Please Please Please Corporate pay attention to this Branch the Mgr or the Customer rep is not here no Signing list for Customer been waiting over 28 minutes also called Customer service I live across have 6 accounts here it’s very disappointing only One person working Karen one of the person working here just hides I tried to inform here she seemed to care less.. Chase WellsFargo as well as Citi all their Mgr’s r in Front please send Mystery Shoppers or visit those Banks and have a Good Mgt team at this location. Shalom

  I went to go get change and they shorted me $10 so I asked to get my $10 back and they told me it was my issue. My manager and I counted the money several times and now I have to put my own money into the register because TD doesn’t know how to count their money. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. I am expecting a call from the manager ASAP! Also I’m switching banks because of this!

  I'm definitely not a person who puts bad reviews this place deserves a negative five. I went into cash a check and I gave them my to legal State. Then they started asking me for my occupation and my social security number I know for a fact that a social security number is not required in order to cash a check. Know your rights as an American

  Wow i am visiting Miami from the Bronx and I came to this TD bank because I wanted to open up a bank account before coming down here. Patrick is AMAZING !!!! He helped me so much with opening the account and also he was so nice ! Very welcoming and very kind and made me feel so comfortable in my experience here !! The process was quick and easy and I’m glad I came here to open an account ! If you from out of town please come to this SPECIFIC TD BANK AND ASK FOR PATRICK HE IS AWESOME THANK YOU PATRICK !!!!! SOUTH BEACH MIAMI LOCATION COME TO THIS TD BANK !!!

  Ask a question never got a email reply as promised. Always seem to be more busy doing things other than serving customers. Customers are an inconvenience to Americas most convenient bank! Something is very wrong with that! Sometimes rude and unhelpful. Update. Service has improved. I had a great lady help me except the computers were giving trouble and this took a while to get things done. Had another visit with a teller and she was also great.

  Excellent customer service! I needed to replace my business card, but the machine to issue cards at Biscayne blvd was broken. I called this location and asked if they could have it ready for me. This lady SHIRLEY is the best! She had it ready in less than 30 minutes and she also had the courtesy to think in my parking... she printed a receipt so I could have free parking. So I was good to go in less than 2 minutes... Unbelievable.. We need more people like SHIRLEY in other branches of this Bank... especially at TD BANK Brickell where the customer service is the worse. Thanks Shirley, you made my day

  Complete absence of customer service. Their ATM machine kept my card. Teller and manager both advised me they cannot help. “You’ll have to contact your bank and have them send you another card.” In Miami Beach for Christmas with no ATM card and no cash. My condo association banks with TD - I’ll be asking them to change. Don’t try to take cash from TD!

  Only positive was clean lobby. Printer didn't work behind counter, staff had all sorts of issues with basic requests. Employees seemed really bored and irritated with their jobs. They should close this branch.
