  To cash a check they didn't wanna receive my Mexican issued Identification they had my California license and they didn't accept the second government issued identification.

  The staff at the branch are kind and helpful, but it is Spanish language dominant. It is usually busy; although, you get smooth and easy service.

  I like this bank because of the ease in getting too their ATMS. There are several built into the side of the bank y i have never seen a line at them. Whether in a car or walking they are easily acceptable.

  This is the best branch and the best mbanking experience I have ever had. Every one here treats me like a million dollar depositor.

  closed without prior warning.The notice on door does not even say when they will be opening again.Leaving alot of customers hanging.

  Overall good bank like most Wells Fargos. It can get pretty busy here though being that it's so close to the border

  I have been calling this branch for two days and can not get a person to a swer the phone. I called customer service and they can't get through either. Very Frustrating!

  1 hour and 20 minute to do a wire transfer and get some cash. They didn't know how to do that. Never again
