  This branch is a JOKE. I have been a Wells Fargo client for over 15 years , never had any bad experience but this time it was a horrible experience.With so much Fraud going on these days , their system is garbage . I have a fraud happened in my account, came for a help since i was able to detect it right away,First: THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TOSecond: They looked at me like why do i even come to the branch and ask for helpTHIRD: I highly  DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO BACK TO ANYONE, BECAUSE OF THEIR EASY FRAUD SYSTEMGARBAGE BANK

  I can’t believe it costs money to deposit money from one account to another, with or without cash now! Total rip off and scam! Wells Fargo needs to Step there game up. Didn’t get an alert that 2500 didn’t go through to an important client and had to find out myself when it’s too late. People don’t have time to check there acct. every min of the day with all that extra deposit fee, money you think you’d have a better alert system! Un real!

  Racist employees!! My husband (who is African-American)and I are small business owners. We went in to cash a check and they immediately asked us to wait because the check needed to be verified because there were some inconsistencies. I asked what those inconsistencies were and the manager refused to tell me! The bank was not able to get my client on the phone to verify the check so I stated that l would wait until they contacted him.At this point they said they would not cash it for me even if it was verified! So we had no choice but to leave. We Went over to the next branch a block away, This time my husband waited for me in the car. They immediately cashed my $950 check without any incident! I’m so disappointed in Wells Fargo for having such closed minded employees! 😒

  Paid a visit to this branch on Friday approximately 11:40 am June 7th 2019... I came to withdrawal $6000.00 from my account. The bank teller had already counted the money and even printed a receipt. Before she handed me the money she requested manager service. The manager “an Armenian female” came looked at my ID and declined to give me my money. No valid reason! Don’t understand why the teller had already counted the money and even printed the receipt. Still have not received an excuse...

  Great customer service, friendly with a smile. Abraham, Branch manager?, was very helpful and Maria the teller was courteous, professional, and also very helpful. Do business with Wells Fargo.

  ATM DUPLICATE CARD WAS USED HERE . THE THIEF TOOK $300 THE BANKS TOLD ME TO GO TO MY OWN CREDIT UNION TO START THE FRAUDULENT USE . I WILL GET THAT VIDEO AND PRESS CHARGES. MY TAXES ARE AT STATE AND MORTGAGE . HOPE THEY HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS MINE IS FINANCIALLY RUINED .

  I do don't recommend to work with this bank I had a chance to talk to supervisor and she was very rude to me. This is the first and the last time that I'm using their service.
