alayna porter1I used to bank here years ago before they started to move money from my accounts without permission. I have recently had to deal with them on a regular basis because of my job. All the tellers are very nice people and are great to talk to and deal with! They are definitely a 5 . Now the reason I’m giving this one star is because of the management of this branch is not one I would NOT be proud of what so ever! Find a different bank if you think you will need to deal with the managers at all.

Lotto Scratch Erin1I got charged $140 in over draft fees for being overdraft $30 because of a really slim month (February 2020). I tried turning my card off but apparently that only works for certain transactions. They then transferred money without my permission the day after my husband got paid from our joint account so now we don’t have food money for a week and a 1/2. I’m moving to a different bank that doesn’t screw over its customers.

Joel Stewart1Needed to make a withdrawal of a larger amount, temporarily closed for over 2 weeks along with the atm! It's over 100 miles to the nearest wells fargo bank. Closing my account as soon as they re open this is unacceptable. Do not use this bank!

Rachael Campbell5I came in as soon as they opened with quite the dilemma on my hands. Everyone here was very understanding of my situation and helped me out so much! Shout out to the manager who worked me in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service - truly.

Machety1Giant corporation doesn't have a banker on staff to call someone back to make an appointment. And was told they won't have a banker until February 9th.... It's January 28th you're telling me you don't have a banker at a bank available for 12 days that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard.

Clint Savage1I am very unimpressed with this branch lately. I do not underatand why we are closing at 12PM for "weather conditions" when its only raining. I need a bank that is open for its customers. I do not want to do all of my banking with an atm.
