  Worst customer service from tellers I have ever experienced and not just once. They are consistently rude. The mature teller with white/gray hair acts as if she is bothered to do HER JOB. Another teller, says Lisa on my receipt, is rude too. Don't like your job? Go get another one!

  Worst customers service, teller who help me had the worst attitude. Went in yesterday morning 01/07/2022 for some deposits slips for our business and change for our business account. She seem like I wanted to do fraud with deposits cause I ask for quite a good amount lets not get started when I ask for change! Wish I would've got her name this is not the first time it happens. Definitely not going back rather take the drive to another location! Or Chase Bank you can literally walk in ask for what you need and they will never give you an attuited now they have the best customers services. NEED to speak to management to move our business account else where!!!

  This location is SO SLOW in the lobby for seeing the financial advisors, ALWAYS! Consider going to Little Rd. branch first.

  What's the point of having a drive thru if your not going to help every customer? Policy? Really? You still have to show ID with anything and still the teller lied about how busy it was inside. Line was extremely long. Poor management.

  Couldn’t withdraw money out of my own account with my ID and debit card because my signature didn’t match. And to top it off they called the police no idea why, officer was nice and said they’re not going to help you just go somewhere else, and laughed.

  The tellers are friendly and helpful. There was one time the computers were down and I couldn't get a replacement debit card. Which made one of my utilities late.

  All banks are legal crooks. Sign you up to accounts you did not approve. Then deduct the money from your account and hope you don't complain for a credit. Legal crooks.

  Very unhelpfull, i visited with my husband on feb 5 th 2019 and they stated all of wells fargo systems were down
