  The new business manager is rude and un-knowledgeable about Wells Fargo products and services. He would rather refer customers to the 800 number rather than trying to learn and understand his own company's products and services so he can help answer customer's questions. My company is in the development stage, but when it launches I'll be looking for a bank that has competent managers that are eager to help any and all customers rather than referring them to an 800 number. If your looking for a new bank in Incline Village, there is a Bank of America down the street.

  I will never leave Wells Fargo because of the service I receive here!!!! Great staff and they move fairly fast.

  I headed through the drive thru where I was approached by a banker, where I deposit my money, but the banker took about more than ten minutes to do the transaction of my deposit money.

  Difficult to get anything done with them. Long hold times and always told to call back in a few days 🙄
