LUIS GARCIA1They take an average of 10min per customer! They don’t educate the costumer to use the ATM for faster service! Waited 1hr just for a cashiers check.

Lam Tran1BEWARE, your account maybe stolen! I went there yesterday and none of the ATMs has money to use. The morning after my bank account got hacked and someone used my card to go shopping. This place is not safe! This is unsettling and will never come back!

Tonya Miller2To be honest you guys are a little bit slow. It took way too long to open my business account and a little while later, it also took way too long to get a notary to sign off on paper work. Not understanding why you 2nd guessed information that was clearly written on 1 page of paperwork. It had their info & mine, plus the reason it needed to be signed by a notary & a 2 sentence clause stating I needed a notary. Then you had to tell me your not responsible for certain things that may come. What does that even mean? Sometimes overthinking makes things harder & longer. Time is money for everyone. Just saying. Other than that you guys are ok.

Kendal Kitchens2They need to hire more staff. The poor ladies behind the counter are non stop busy, and the wait is always at least 30 minutes if not longer.

M Alva (iPodRockstAr)1Worst customer service ever. 1 regular teller, 2 business tellers, all moving at sloth speed while a line almost to the door accumulated. Door greeters huddled around each other and don’t even say anything while people walking in. Bank manager was practically catatonic

Yadira Chavez1Bad bad service I had an appt at 2:00pm and they had me wait for over 40 minutes I got there 10min before 2:00 and I still left without being seen do not come here any other branch would’ve been super fast even to get a document notarized!!!

Ashley Masias1My sister and I went to this location because I always go here because it's close to home. She wanted to close her acct. But I told her not to so she can keep a relationship with the company for future loans and have good history. I had advised my sister to keep the account open and set up direct depoit to avoid fees. She wanted to see if the banker can waive monthly fee to keep the acct open and set up direct deposit. The banker Alejandra Duran said my sister didn't have any history and she couldn't see anything from the past and wanted to set her up with an opportunity acct. I asked my sister if she understood what it was and I was explaining it to her. She said no and i told her about it. I've had work with wells Fargo in the past so I knew what it was. The banker got her manager Elena Cottock who came to talk to us about the opportunity acct and I told her that account wasn't good for her because of the restrictions. Elena questioned me of how long I used to work with wells Fargo and how things always change. But the way she asked me was in a sassy way and very unprofessional. I told her she doesnt even want the account. And she shut me up and said she was talking to her customer?? I told her I'm a customer too. and she went off and yelled at me and said I'm not the one sitting down with my information open. She then questioned me rudely of what I used to do at wells fargo and how long I used to work with the company and made me feel uncomfortable and upset by how she approached me. So I told my sister to just gather her stuff and go to her banker instead. Because they were obviously not trying to help her and worried avout their obligations of their sales. I am Just not satisfied and didn't appreciate the costumer service. ELENA IS THE WORST MANAGER I'VE MET IN THE BANKING BUSINESSES!
