Ryan Whittamore1Don't waste your time at this branch the people are so unorganized. And instead of trying to solve an issue was told I can take my documents somewhere else. Being a customer for over 15 years is a bit daunting being told to take my documents somewhere else. Granted I was there at 1pm and there was no customers in at the time and still No one could get a notary done. Not the way I would do buissness. On a final note I'll probably close out my accounts here and move to a bank that wants my buissness once my mortgage is finalized (not with wellsfargo).

Den Usa5We will only speak about the teller services since that is what we used. We were on vacation and this was one of our money refueling stop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the building due to the construction. Hopefully that is all completed now.

Maria Sanchez1I called that branch all day and finally got someone on the phone! I needed to make an appointment to get my name off an account that is time sensitive that I do so, and apparently we both have to be present. But only takes 1 person to close it. Completely makes no sense btw. I tried making an appointment online but there is never availability for the time I can come. I made an appointment with Courtney for 4:00pm. I had to take time off of work, drive an hour to get there just for them to tell me Courtney had already left for the day! I didn’t get a phone call, no notification whatsoever. That is not my first time dealing with her and the same BS happens. Then she lies and says she called me when I had no missed calls, no emails! Nothing! I am a manager myself and I would never treat my customers that way! I don’t care if it were an emergency or not a simple phone call would have been appreciated! Or at least someone to help me! When I asked to talk to her manager I was told she is the branch manager. I asked to talk to her boss and the lady told me there isn’t anyone above her! Yea I was shocked. She said she was the service manager and would log a complaint what is a complaint going to do??? She’s a manager and could t help me either. She said she wasn’t authorized. What the hell kinda place is this! So here I am bc she probably didn’t. Thank you to Jessica who left her customer to bring me a customer feedback card. Which I also complained there.

Lauri M. Garrison1Call the local number just to be connected with someone in another state after being left on ignore for several minutes. TERRIBLE customer service!! EDIT: On the upside, when I finally did reach the local bank, the LOCAL person was fabulous!

David Weber1Anyone that puts their money into Wells Fargo deserves to get screwed over. Wake up, read the news. I use the local First State Bank of Colorado and Bank of Colorado. Don't be a victim, pick your bank carefully.
