  Portia, Shelby and the rest of the team at Guild Mortgage were such a pleasure to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home and I had no clue what I was doing. Portia took the time to walk me through each step of the process - she was patient, thorough and responsive. I literally had nothing to worry about while working with the team -- deadlines were always met and nothing ever fell through the cracks. Everyone was professional and great to work with.   I refinanced my house this year with the amazing interest rates that were available. Portia and her team at Guild Mortgage were so helpful in being there when I had questions. My refinance was far from easy and required the help of an attorney to remove one person from the loan and she was very kind and patient. When it came time to get to the grind of the closure, this was finished within 15 days. If I ever need a refinance or mortgage loan for another place in the future, I will surely be using Portia at Guild Mortgage. Thank you Portia and team for making this process easier for me!

  Porchia helped me get my first mortgage, I had no credit she told me how to straighten it out 4 years ago. 5 months ago she called me to refinance but I wasn't working but she got it done anyway and saved me $175 a month!!!! Right on porchia😎💰
