      They don't have any bankers in there for you to do anything, 7 days a week! Seriously. Only the cashiers. That means you can not walk in to do anything except deposit money! And their credit cards always have fraudulent and scam problems. Please stay away from this bank for your pocket's safety and peace. The online customer service is very unprofessional, rude and time wasted.

      Worst line ! Even small banks have more tellers 1 teller what a joke and one the men who works here has a cocky attitude ! Worst service ever

      Racist tellers if you are of any other color but white prepare for them to put holds on your checks and ask for 4 kinds of ID when you come to put a check in your account.

      I went there for the first time, trying to open an account, and I was seated waiting to assist me, and there was a women raising her voice at me while she was giving me instructions. Knowing the fact is a quiet facility, and then the security guy was trying assist me but he doesn’t have the patience to do so and it was causing a Scene.... I felt embarrassed and then there was a banker who came in and help me calmly. There shouldn’t be 3 people helping at the same time and I shouldn’t come in and apologize just because colleagues are unprofessional in there facility. I made a appointment but I felt uncomfortable to even go back in. I’m a new customer, and I shouldn’t feel this experience. Please improve... thank you.

      My dad opened a bank account there and put the minimum $2500 and got charged $15 every month for 3 months. On the 3rd month, he asked why he was getting charged and they said that he didn't have the minimum balance of $2500. He showed them that he did, but their excuse was that he took out $40 one day out of the month which he put back 2 days later and they said that he is supposed to have $2500 every day for a month. Stupid bank.

      The representative who picked up the phone just left me hanging for 15 minutes. All I asked was if I could make an appointment with a banker. He (wasn't able to get his name, but I made the call, a few minutes after 1:pm 12/09/2020) said that he'll check the schedules. How long would it take to check anyway? Garden Grove branch got lousy service when it comes to phone etiquette.

      Went to replace a damaged $20 bill after speaking to customer service and custimer service indicating they would replace the bill. This branch refused to-do so. I went up the street to the harbor blvd branch, who did it without question. Take your business to a bank that doesnt waste time, and actually has some sense and good customer service.

      I received unfair and prejudice treatment from this bank. I simply drove to another bank and handled my transaction in less than 3 minutes,additionally I will be filling s.a.r. reports on several employees in this bank and will also notify the. F.b.i as well.......terrorists and racism will not be tolerated on any level
