      Stopped by to convert Dollar coins to actual dollars and I overheard the bank teller questioning whether or not the coins were real. If you are going to insult someone at least make sure I'm not within hearing distance. Please train your employees better.

      The only bank I will go 2! I go to other branches. This 1 in particular is the best. I have the same women every time so she’s very familiar with me. I’m always in and out. 5 stars to the counter ladies. Thanks appreciate it so much.

      Terrible customer service Who keeps a customer 10mins straight on the phone without reaching out?. The lady picks up says no name and places me on hold. am here waiting. i think they are all working together to frustrate me more. Hard earned $10,100. You all have transfer my money or return my money with my fees. I have transferred more with other branches without any issues. The past 7days waiting for my transfer to complete have been most frustrating. i have been cursed, my business is gone wrong yet the bank who initiated transfer is giving me attitude I was a customer service agent for 10yrs at a telecom company and i never treated anybody this rude

      I visited this location today and did not leave pleased. The tellers were amazing and friendly but, there was a woman by the name of Stacy, who works in the cubicle area,that left me displeased. She and another employee with bright red hair sat at their desk while I was in line, and obnoxiously talked about the way my leggings fit me. Stacy even loudly stated “If you can see through them they are not leggings” and they both chuckled, while the woman with red hair said “ewk”.They only stopped the taunting because I shot them a look. Her actions were extremely unprofessional and humiliating considering the fact that I was unaware of the sheer appearance of my attire. If this the way you keep customers?!!!

      The teller I dealt with today was nice and even wished me a Happy Birthday since my Birthday is 2/15. While the service is generally ok, the teller constantly push way to save and other types of accounts. I understand Banks took a hit after DOD Frank mess, but I want the tellers to focus more on what the customer comes in there for and less on trying to sell stuff. Thats really annoying especially if a customer comes in there and they are tired or hungry. One other comment. I would give this bank a 5 star rating but that Customer service lady either needs to change her attitude or she needs to go. I am a middle age man and WILL NOT tolerate being bossed around like I'm a little kid so she either needs to get rid of the attitude or Wells needs to get rid of her.
