      If I could give them no stars I would. They offer little service at this location. I’ve been a bank customer for decades but no one is available to open the safety deposit box, which requires 2 minutes, without an appointment. I waited 20 minutes but no one could be interrupted to do this and yet I could hear the manager having a personal conversation from their open door. There was no indication of when an authorized person could do this for me. I’m moving my safety box to another branch which will hopefully be more responsive.

      We had a last minute urgent banking need and came into this branch with only 20 minutes before end of day. Rosie Newton, our banker, was AMAZING! She not only helped us despite being so close to close, but she stayed late to help complete our transaction. She was friendly and worked quickly. She also adhered to the COVID prevention protocols. If you need to have banking done this branch did great and ask for Rosie.

      Seriously the tellers couldn't be more useless I might cancel my account. Te ATM is twice as fast. I went through the drive thru, to cash my check some black lady was like how can I help today I told her to cash my check, could cash my check, I ask her for a deposit and to give me some cash back she responded " your gonna need to fill out a withdrawal form" like it wasn't possible to get 40 dollars out with an attitude. Like damn might as well use the atm is faster and you don't have to worry about this underpaid unfriendly people.

      I called the North end branch and was told they were to busy to answer a question about my savings account. Really!!
