Jeff Lever1Thumbs up this review to warn anyone thinking of opening a business account or any account for that matter to avoid this blank like the plague! I was a customer back when they were Wachovia - a customer of TWENTY YEARS. Their customer service has been downsized and outsourced into oblivion...completely terrible. It took a week to add my business account, and once set up, I sent a wire transfer. They flagged the wire for fraud and didn't send it. Eight days later, 5 calls, 4+ hours on hold, and I've finally had enough of this bank. It extends to the branches as well. I tried to get a simple notary signature - it was a 2+ hour wait and nothing! Banks that provide such poor customer service shouldn't be in business! It's beyond awful, it's epic incompetence!

Dave H1For a Big Bank, the service at Wells Fargo is TERRIBLE in Huntersville! If you're in the area, First Bank always has friendly people to help, they answer the phone, and you can actually walk into their branch any time you need to. Seem simple...doesn't it???

Minhanh Nguyen1Made an appointment 2 hours ahead and the manager told me that they had one appointment left at 3:30, but when we came early by 20-30 mins and the staff were just sitting in their offices doing their own thing. The manager who greeted us, said that she didn’t see our names on the list and right after we left, she called and said that it was a mistake made by the system... like she wasn’t the one who made the appointment and had seemed to forgotten or something. She said that it was actually made for another day (thursday) and not the day we made it. Staff was not busy and had no one in. don’t come to this branch and save yourself LOTS of time and effort. This is exactly how to lose new customers who want to open an account...

I can never get ahold of them when I need them... someone was able to change my address linked to me account without my permission and I can’t get ahold of them to change it. As soon as I can, I’m switching banks. Always charges ridiculous fees EVEN FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. Wells Fargo has pathetic management.

Adam Johnson5Not sure why people had a bad experience. We walked in on a Saturday morning right after they opened, were greeted promptly, and assisted in record time with several banking items and notary services.

Jacob Wonder1If you want a bank that wants to help you, pick another. They love to lock accounts for “Security Purposes”, and won’t help you on weekends ever. Phone support is impossible and unreliable.

Penny Noyes2My 16 year old has had an acct since he was six. He just drove to this branch to ask if he could deposit a Christmas check in his savings acct and the teller told him he needed to pay a $10.00 fee. Ridiculous.
