  I wish I could give negative stars. This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service clerks are robotic. They charged me $20 to cash a check that someone who banks with them wrote to me. That bank teller said that they charged this fee because I don’t have an account with them. Maybe if you didn’t charge people to cash checks written by a regency bank customer then maybe you’d have so many customers that you wouldn’t have to charge this fee to make money. People! Don’t ever bank with regions bank. I assure you you will regret it if business is conducted in this way at all of their branches.

  Will be closing my account soon. Visit this location after wallet/cards were stolen, asked rep if they could give a temporary card until I receive my official debit but that’s not an option. Informed rep of the address I’d like for info to be mailed, rep completely ignored my request and sent to the default adtrsss as if Regions are unable to set a alternative address. I work in customer service and it really is disturbing how every time I need Regions assistance they always show up unreliable leaving me to search other alternatives . I’ve been w/ regions for 8+ years and have grown tired of the limited accommodations that they have available compared to other Banks. Completely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere !!

  I have banked with regions for 3-4 years now. I have never had an issue and they always answer my questions. I recently had to dispute a charge that was unauthorized and they got the dispute done in an unthinkable amount of time! I expected to wait 30-45 days as with most banks but it didn’t even take a week! Thank you Regions!!

  Me and my mom sat in Regions Bank for over 15 minutes without them saying a word to us. No Welcome to Regions" "How may we help you today" "we'll be with you shortly"....nothing. They ask really personal questions like "do you have any kids and if so, how many". You guys really need to do better or receive more training

  Line is long and only 1 person is working the counter. Customers have to return from lunch breaks and don't want to spend their entire lunch break in the bank. This is getting ridiculous!

  SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE!! Regions Bank just cost me to lose a 12,000 contract by their failure to act and their crafty passing the buck. If you are a small business i would suggest you bank else where. If you do bank here do not say you was not warned!

  Today was my First time at this bank to cash a check although I bank with chase. Wendy was very unpleasant and counted my money in front of everyone. She was very short with negative energy and just unfriendly. I will not change my bank or return to this location!

  I recently had unknown transactions and this bank told me i have to wait 10 days to get my money back. DO NOT BANK HERE!

  Do not, I repeat, do not bank with Regions. If you want your rightfully owned money to be yours don't do it. My money has been on hold for a week now! This bank is disgusting and very unprofessional.
