  Alice Ortega, the banker at the Wells Fargo branch off of Carmen drive went above and beyond her role to provide me as a client excellent customer service. :) Alice made sure that all of my issues and concerns were addressed, providing excellent personable skills, and did extra work so I didn't have to. She's great and has a lively upbeat attitude while still being professional. :) I would definitely recommend her as an amazing client relationship oriented professional!

  Excellent customer service with a smile here at this location. Warm & friendly greeting when I arrived and when I left. Very impressed by Victoria their teller which made sure to do things right the 1st time with both my critical transactions. Their manager Czarina also chimed in to say hello and make me feel welcome on my 1st visit to this branch.

  I was here today the lines were long and they were very understaffed I only came to open a Bank account and the staff are not only unavailable they were rude they said you can’t stand there and I was standing on the side waiting for someone to help me and nobody helped me at all I had to wait around for 10 minutes until someone noticed that was there I went over to the area to sit down and then they said they can’t see me all I wanted to do is open a new bank account I’m going to Chase to open account instead because Chase is where my grandma goes and they are very friendly and helpful I am not going to Wells Fargo now

  I've done alot of business with this bank and they were always nice and did what they were supposed to do. If there was a question that may have been over the tellers head or a large amount of cash involved, the Manager was called in. Which is ok, that probably is the best way to do it. Good place for everyday banking, friendly staff, quick service on deposits and withdrawals. I would call it, Vanilla...

  I never had an issue of any kind! Great service and ATM s always up and running. Now that I had to move to Indiana, I miss it greatly. Hope they open a branch here in Evansville, IN.

  They were ready for the lunar new year , unlike the wellsfargo on ponderosa. This will be my go to wellsfargo. Great customer service, polite staff.

  Staff is friendly but helpless. My wallet was stolen and i was trying to get the numbers of the cards used and times for the police report, these are cards that i had canceled they have no value as far as access. Manager could not do anything but give excuses for why hes just a hollow suite. Very disappointing.

  Phenomenal service from Francisco. The bank still has some funny ways but the guys really make the process so easy.
