  Ridiculous bad service. We called about cashing a payroll check and were told everything was good got to the bank and told they wouldn't cash it. They are stuck up and very rude to noncustomers

  Friendly tellers but you’ll be waiting at minimum 20 minutes regardless of what you’re there for, the time of day or day of week. Extremely understaffed.
