      I love the bank managers at this place they're always very welcoming especially Zack I appreciate the quality of customer service here as compared to other Wells Fargo banks at this bank they focus on quality of customer service as compared to other Banks that just don't have time for you or can't make an appointment for you cuz you're not good enough for you're going to have to make an appointment you get karate customer service and that's why I decided to come here most of the time because of the quality of customer service how I'm treated with respect and dignity I'm a banker it's my money I shall have it any way I want it and I like to get it intense ones and zeros. ,🤑

      I was a costumer of Wells Fargo and someone hacked my account and disputed some payments I made and the bank shut my bank card off and told me I had to wait a year to get a new card. I am a truck driver and I use a bank card for my trans actions and treated your costumers like they are crooks after someone hacks an account is very poor business. I will never open up and account with Wellsfargo ever again

      Terrible experiences at this branch. Consistently understaffed creating excessive wait times for the rest of their customers in line. 2-3 managers always on staff who are unable to run a cashier position in excessive waits. Poor management overall in my opinion.

      So disappointed in this location - Specifically the Manager. I have been banking with Wells for 20 years. I have multiple small businesses (5) and during this COVID Pandemic, when Well s Fargo is already under great scrutiny for shunning small businesses to help out larger businesses that will make them more money at a lower risk, they wont even help me out for $3. I have never, ever, ever had to pay for a temporary check in my life from Wells. Ever. Not Certified checks, not one time personal checks. Ever. They have always been nice enough to waive the fee for me. This Manager refused to give me three free checks. All I asked for was three checks. My businesses have been closed seven weeks due to COVID-19. We were just able to open back up last week. I have some employees that have not had a paycheck in six weeks, and the way our payroll works, is they would need to wait two more weeks to see their first paycheck in a while. I love my employees and took money from my own personal savings to give them some money. Some as an advance and hero pay, and for some a gift. WHY do I need to take money from my personal account? Because when i applied for stimulus loans from Wells Fargo they gave me the run around for two weeks until they then told me they were no longer taking applications. They literally told me to go somewhere else. I flow well over $1M a year through you guys, and The Karen refused [REFUSED] to waive the $3.00 fee for three temp checks. SHAME ON YOU! I hope this Manager ends up like John Stumpf!

      I have only been here twice, once at the drive up window and the other at the drive up ATM. Both times were pretty standard for your normal bank visit, the ATM didn't have any money for withdrawal but I just had to make a deposit. The lady's inside were friendly and fast.

      I had a bad experience with this branch. I like wells Fargo and I think its Americas No 1 Bank but there are serious problems with the management in this bank iv been to other wells banks and liked their service. On one occasion they asked me to bring in my ID Documents I did this and they called me a week later saying they had lost my the copies they had made and then asked me to come in and make some more. This is a professional bank loosing such important documents. On another occasion I came in to have have some documents notarized and nobody new what a notary was I had to wait about 10 minutes to speak with a manager who then directed me to somebody who new what I was talking about. If this was a smaller bank I would have taken my business someplace else a long time ago but I believe in Wells Fargo I hope someone can get this sorted out.

      Horrible. They are never busy, yet every time I go here, after 20-25 minutes of waiting, they tell me there are no bankers available.

      We had business account with Wells Fargo for over 6 years... and UNFORTUNATELY we had multiple issues when we used THIS particular LOCATION. Once we waited over a month for a a few thousand dollars to be cleared on our account due to check we deposited being somehow improperly deposited... then we were promised one thing and at the end didn't get what was promised, today we waited for over an hour for a banker to get help with business account and still didn't get anybody, had to leave and go to a different WF location.... this branch needs to hire a better management and a better crew IMHO.

      Least professional branch I’ve ever encountered opened my business account wrong Wouldn’t open Retirement account said had to do it over the phone No one can cash a check over the phone…

      I had a joined bank accountut with my boyfriend, he was the adult on my teen account. He had a outstanding balance on his account so when I turned 18 I switch my account to an adult account and asked to have nothing to do with my teen account or my boyfriends account. I wanted my own so they wouldn't take my money for his debt. Now about 5 months later they took all my money out of my account and said I was still joined to my boyfriends account. I have 2 kids and support myself and two kids alone. Wells Fargo will find anyway to screw people over and its disgusting especially this bank. The bankers dont listen and have no clue what their doing. I wish I could give zero stars.
