  The lady kailani try to take money! Just for take a copy of my account! She ask me for $20 dollars for a copy!!! Are You kidding me? The manager knows about this? Couse maybe is no happening just to me! Just careful !

  Blonde lady that is assigned for greetings, is not doing anything. She is chilling out, does not talk to new customers, does not greet them. I asked her a question and she was rude. Though other guys were very friendly and polite - cashiers etc.

  1 drive through ATM available. 1 of 2 walk up ATMs has a broken screen which is difficult to read (but still works)

  Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Undesirable products. I went there a couple of times to take care of some banking business. First to send some money abroad via wire transfer, the second was to request changes on my credit card. Both of the times the staff said there was nothing they could do. Staff's attitude was unprofessional and thug-like. The experience was so bad I've closed my Wells Fargo credit card and moved nearly all of my asset to online banks and credit unions. Much happier now.

  Went in to transfer money and close my accounts. The staff said they would not charge me as a sign of good gesture for the wire transfer and next day after I check I have a negative balance for the charge of 2 wire transfers I did. Now have to be on hold with WF customer service and clear all this up.

  Great staff all around. Just a bunch of really nice and helpful people. Which is nearly 100% of what makes a bank storefront valuable. The other % points being the ATMs - point being, you make or break on the staff.

  Even though I was closing an account and the process became complicated, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. They did a good job answering all my questions and explaining the process.

  You're almost always greeted at the door and assisted immediately.
