      My wife and I went in for an appointment to open a business checking account. We had to wait one day to get someone to schedule the appointment in the first place. We showed to the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early (apt. was at 11:00am) and we waited for a representative for 25 minutes after 11am. We are used to dealing with professionals and we just couldn't do business with irresponsible unprofessional people. We decided to leave since nobody showed. As we are walling out the receptionist (greeter) says "so you are not going to wait" - like if is our duty to please the workers of this branch. That comment was the cherry on top. I highly advise that you all try Bank of America or Mechanics Bank, avoid this Branch at all cost.

      These people are not helpful at all. My dad had an appointment with them and they asked him for proof of ID. He stepped out to get his ID from the car and they told him they could not see him anymore and he’s have to make an appointment again. The earliest appointment was 3 weeks from now. USELESS!

      The banker did not want to count $1 in penny's I make daily deposits and never bring change with me. The banker said it is Wells Fargo policy to not count more then $1 in change. It would have been nice to inform the customer Of the policy and still counted the change. I had to get back in line after I recounted the penny's and rolled them for MY personal banker that's crazy. No WOW service at Wells Fargo.

      The drive through atm sometimes "steals" one bill. A little too frequently. They cause too much trouble. Not worth it. Just choose a different bank that wont steal your money and give you so much hustling to get it back.

      Be careful to deposit money on ther atm alway count very short. If you put 300.00 the machine will count 240 to 260 alway count your money before deposits. This bank always steal money from theirs customers. Is better chase bank that I recommended

      Tellers are always slow and they always have to get something wrong in my account.There is always a long line no matter what day and time.I live in Coachella and I drive to La Quinta or Bermuda Dunes to go to their Wells Fargo.

      The worst. Lead teller Eduardo Carrasco has no customer skills at all. Worst branch in my area. Looking at The the ratings, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
