  I brought in a rarely used ps5 just to see the value and what they told me honestly brought me to the floor with laughter it’s truly a joke of a pawn shop that stays in business from the jewelry that junkies and thieves take and the associates aren’t very friendly or helpful and they all have horrible costumer service cause even after not selling or pawning I wanted to take look and jewelry and I would have to ask for help while them being five feet away from me having conversations

  What a disappointment. I had a 9am appointment to get a repair done on a piece of jewelry. I’m from out town and for the same reason we had set the appointment. The jeweler did not keep to his appointment and said how late I can come back. No commitment I will gladly take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment.

  This place is a joke, they pay 10% of retail IF the item is in perfect condition. My Taylormade putter retails for $299, excellent condition, not perfect, they offered me $15 !!! FIFTEEN !@#*&/ $#@ DOLLARS!!! Ebay has my exact putter for $175, and they are selling for that price, no bid. I will never do business there, they treated me like I was a crackhead, and from the looks of the other customers I can see why. Stay away from Rockys.

  Rocky’s is the worst place to sell your items, why because they rip you off for your hard working items that you want to sell because you no longer need it or want it. Also, the associate that helped me was very rude, disrespectful, and racial discriminating to my husband. I would highly recommend to go to another pawn shop.

  April I am sorry you feel that way. First and foremost, not a single one of my employees were racially discriminating towards your husband. Most of our employees come from multi ethnic backgrounds and it is our priority that we treat all customers with upmost respect. It is very offensive that you would attempt to slander our business with false accusations. As a pawn shop, we make fair offers to lend you money on your items. Unfortunately not all items hold their value and will not always be worth what you paid for them. Best of luck to you.

  Horrible place. Clearly it's made to cater to drug addicts. Only offering 10% of the original value of anything, even gold and silver. It's simply a place drug addicts can take their parents stolen jewelry for a quick buck. Stay away from this place.

  this place is terrible. I brought them about 500 dollars worth of gold and I asked them a fair price and they offered me 60 dollars trying to rip me off never will come here again

  All they sell is a bunch of overpriced junk here. Through owner Rocky is very rude and will barely talk to you when asked a question.
