Lybbi LaBeau2I manage a local business and we usually do not have any issues making our deposits. However, this morning the teller (Joe) crumpled up and shoved all our deposit slips in the drive thru canister instead of laying them out neatly. I tried to call the branch multiple days ones to notify the manager of this unprofessional service, as I would rather not leave a bad review for a one-off situation…but no one was answering the phones.

johann frenchy1Posted hours said closed at noon on Saturday. Drive thru was closed by 11:25am, with nobody waiting in line either! Really should change your hours to avoid this confusion in the future.

Jf Fernandez1Bad customer service. Every time. I live like 5 min away. And is sad that I need to go all the way to Minnetonka bank. Better service. They help better. They should have a sign on the door. We not open inside. Or close the door. Everyone is parking, going inside and Assist managers or the Managers Just seating in the chair. Playing with the chair. Hanging out. Telling everyone. To go to the driver way - Instead of helping. This happened often. Bad management , Bad servers.

Katie Card5I needed to get a quick money order. Leyla helped me today. She was very professional and efficient. She even looked into my account to see if there was a way to get the money order fee off of my account. I didn’t get the name of the man that also helped me. But they were both amazing. I will definitely come back to this location even with the crazy construction going on! Haha

Dou Her1With my frustration, I'd rate ZERO stars if I could. I attempted to deposit cash at drive-thru, without reading the receipt, I went on about my evening. Days later I happened to glance at the receipt and realized it was $500 short! I was in disbelief! My complaints are: 1) I have NEVER in my life encountered a bank who doesn't have voicemail or an operator setup for phone calls. I called multiple times and it rang forever. 2) I had to make time to go back out to that branch and talk to the manager! 3) Teller LEYLA did not do her job well and her drawer was in fact over by $500 that day. That's a lot of money if you ask me. How can anyone miss that much(unless they're doing their job half-ass)? Either she didn't use a machine to count my cash or she was probably hoping it'd go unclaimed. Needless to say, the Manager put the money into the account right away, but the damage is done. FYI, the money was what I owed a family member, so it was not a transaction to my own account. Situations like these are exactly why I don't bank with Wells Fargo

Caitlin & Tina Bernett5Was at this WF branch today near Knollwood with my daughter (16 months). Very considerate staff and amazing client service provided by teller Autumn. Very friendly to both me and my little one. Noteworthy after a very sour experience at the Hopkins branch.
