      I love Bremer but this branch STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU BLACK LOL. I never had a problem taking money out I’m not sure what they thought I gave them my social my full address, my ID, in they still didn’t think it was my account they were looking at me like I was stealing from my own account than she ask me why I need the money??? I only took out $7000? It took me a hour to take money out of MY OWN ACCOUNT IN THIS IS SO NORMAL FOR MY ACCOUNT. Your got to stop thinking black people don’t got money to😂

      Do you like being treated like less than a person? Do you like unnecessary fees? Do you like a website that feels like it was built in 2002? If yes, then Ann Fontaine and her manager can surely help you out! This is a small bank that treats it's customers like a big bank...actually, I take that back because even the big banks have changed enough to know their customers matter.

      I wish I can give this bank a 0 star rating. I was not satisfied with the service, I went to close my account and they said I had to pay a 30 dollars fee. This was never mentioned to me when I opened my account. It's ridiculous that I had to pay to get my own money back. Worst bank ever

      Great location, hours and staff. Employee owned! Responsible investing! A pretty darned good online banking option also. I bank here rather than at some of the giants due to their integrity as an institution. I don't have to pay as many fees either!

      It's hard to express the negative feelings I have toward this place. It's like stepping back to the 90's with their policies and technology. There is literally no reason to choose this bank over any other, and many reasons to choose a different bank.
