  Horrible service. I had an appointment with a banker at 9 am. The branch was not open, nor did they answer the phone when I attempted to call. I had to wait over 30 minutes, for an appointment that they confirmed with me via email. I will not be banking here after this, I will take my business elsewhere.

  I'm only giving 4 stars because of this banker named *Vlad pierrelouis* I am not sure if thats how you spell his name but he is the most generous banker in there. We went in with this problem and none of the other bankers helped us because they said it was a very hard complicated time consuming case. We came back around the afternoon because when we called the fraud department they said we had to go directly to the bank. When we got there thank God we ran into **mr.vlad pierrelouis** who took us with open arms and helped us with the problem. It took a really long time and I very much appreciate what he did for us. God will bless him. #thebestemployee.

  The employees are helpful at times, it’s empty most of the time, so you can get in and out quickly.

  I have been several times and they do not attend to me, they tell me to make an appointment and when I did it, I already sat down, I told him I came to do two things and he told me. You can not only do one to do the other, take another appointment. Tell me if it is not a lack of respect. I have been a month and they still have not seen me. I'm leaving this bank.
