  Customer service over the phone is horrible! The “NEW” setup for online banking is the worst. Followed all steps given online & still no luck. Bank representatives had no clue on how to guide/help me resolve the issue! Waited hours for a callback & I’m still waiting!!

  I would not recommend this credit union. Yes the employees are polite but they open in the morning kinda late for a bank. Customer support on the phone is worthless. I also got charged a fee when I would be told I wouldn't with no refund. Overall they just need better management.

  Worst customer's service ever. when someone has had the same p.o box for years graduated high school here and have kids in school here since kindergarten but moves in with someone and don't want to use their physical address gets turned down for an account in your own home town (born and raised) but someone on the moon can get a account at this bank just by going to church once a month in here.. Now I see why I've always hated this backwards a** town. God bless 🙏 ugh

  Good bank been with them for about 8 years. The only thing i would say they should change is the hours they open at 9am which is kinda late and close early @ 4pm... They are doing a remodel expanding it lets hope they fix the hours 8-5

  Thank you for your commentary Ms. Perez. Thanks to your feed back we are looking into at least opening the front doors at 8:30 am. Currently our drive thru does open at 8:45 am.

  I was treated extremely poorly by the staff. I left many messages no one ever called back then when you do call the staff tells the manager that they've been calling you when an actual fact they have not. I would really think twice before I did business with these people, just solely by the way they treat people.

  First class service I’ve had multiple loans through them over the years and it’s always a quick and painless experience ! Highly recommended

  Best place to get a loan. They really helped me out.. going on my fourth year with them.
